I'm trying to perform a test import data to understand the system, but I get an error

all template fields are filled exactly as they were exported , only change I made ​​was a new product name.

Hello,

Please post your file as well, now I can't compare the log against the file used. In your template you have set that your file uses a comma as separator, that may be something to check.

Hello,

You are missing the product_sku field in the file. This field is required for processing the products. Add the product_sku field and give it a try. Your file is also not UTF-8 encoded, this can also give problems, this should be fixed as well. Fields that you can remove are product_parent_id, product_params and category_id. In general you should not be using any field ending in _id unless you know what they are for.
