Resolved [Solved] Having problem with exporting Shipping

Hi ,
I am working on Joomla 3.4.
CSVI pro : Version 6.2.0
Virtuemart : VM2

Everything seems fine , but when I try to export the file g:shipping is not working using custom_shipping field. I get this message :
Last server response
The last server response has not been received in a timely fashion. The server may still be busy or stopped the process. You can wait a little longer to see if the server will sent a response or cancel the process.

When I switch custom_shipping to something else like custom it works but it is not showing all shipping information .
I am working to get this work for awhile now .. it is been months since we try to finish our site now only this left .

Tried to use custom xml , didn't work either , the output is same as input :( .

Hello,

You posted your question on a Sunday, usually there is no reply on Sunday. Today is Monday and you are getting a reply. For some reason you have also set your topic to Solved. Why?

I have seen what the issue is, CSVI 6 has no field for specifying your shipping rates as it was in CSVI 5. I will have to take a look at it in some more depth and see how we can get the shipping rates. I am going to see if there is a smarter way to retrieve the shipping rates, for example by pretending to be a customer. Otherwise it will need to be an area to set this up in the template.

I will get back to you tomorrow on this.

Solved by using custon field and in default value used the google tag for shipping .
