Resolved [SOLVED] CSVI 6.5.5 fail to install on J3.5.1

Joomla Version: 3.5.1
Virtuemart Version: 3.0.14

Installing module CSVI pro v.6.5.5 I have this message:
Table 'Sql243005_2.#__csvi_replacements' doesn't exist SQL=ALTER TABLE `#__csvi_replacements` ADD COLUMN `multivalue` ENUM('0','1') NOT NULL AFTER `replacetext`;
And the component is not installed...

Please help me!

Hello,

This has nothing to do with Joomla or CSVI but more with your site. You are installing CSVI 6 on a site that has an older CSVI version but this wasn't uninstalled before installing CSVI 6.

Follow the steps in the Uninstall CSVI document and after that you can do a clean install of CSVI.

If you wish to keep any existing templates, you are going to need a backup where you restore the backup of the site and first uninstall the old CSVI and then install CSVI 6. The other thing you can do of course is to recreate the templates.

A final note, version 6.5.6 has just been released so you may want to install that version instead.
