Hello, we have 5 account representatives. We need that the order confirmation email send to account rep asigned to the buyer.
¿Do you know if I have any way to implement this with CSVImproved?

Hello,

There is no way to do this with CSVI as CSVI simply sends out it's emails to the email addresses specified in the template. The only thing you can do in CSVI is specify multiple recipients but not distinguish between them.
