Weird error very common in Joomla 3.5 but when I create a new rule and click any of the save options, nothing happens. Only Cancel works. The problem exists no where else in CSVI that I can find. Javascript problem?

Can you be more clear on which page you see the problem? Can you check the page on firebug console and post us the screenshot of the error?
Kind regards,

@simplecms, can you click the Save button and see if an error shows up. The screenshot you posted shows no error message.
Kind regards,

Confirmed on my end too. Thank you.

Scratch that - it saved but when applied to a template I get:

Any further help on this? We are also getting a lengthy MySQL error on the export process now. We can't use CSVI in any way now.

Hello,

You edited your comment so nobody gets a notice it has changed. For all we know you said it is working now, new issues should be posted in a new thread. Go to System -> Global Configuration -> Server -> Error reporting and set it to None. Now you can run the export.

I would still advice to start a new thread with this issue including your template, so we know what you are exporting and can investigate why you get the notices.
Kind regards,

RolandD
