Hi Roland

I´m doing an import and I get some products but others don´t. I don´t know where is the error because products that appears have the same format that others that don´t appear.

I tried to eliminate characters that are not compatible.

I send you the debug log and a sample of 100 products of the csv.

For example, in the first lines I get correctly "Aparatos de precisición / Pulsometro" but I don´t get the others products of the subcategories of "Aparatos de precisión" as "Cronometro" or "Podometro".

I only see the categories and subcategories created but not the products.

Can you help me to see what is happened?

Thanks

Best regards

Hello,

You should remove the spaces around the categories, so your category path looks like Aparatos de precisión/Pulsometro and Aparatos de precisión/Cronómetro. Now your categories are stored with that space after the first category and before the second category.

Looking at the debug log your products are inserted without a problem. The problem I think is with your SKU, this is not unique. It looks like your SKU is messed up as it looks like 1,00E+13 and this SKU appears more often in your CSV file. If you use long numbers as SKU, it is better to add a single quote before it in your spreadsheet program, so it will treat it as text and not as a number.
Kind regards,

RolandD

That´s right. I changed the product_sku format and now all the products display correctly.

Thanks
