Hi,
I just installed RO CSVI 8.9.1 to resolve the error (last updated column) from 8.9.0
When I try to run one of my import jobs now, it just loops and never completes.
It displays:
Total Result Status
Product price Added: 720
Product price Information: 104
Product price Skipped: 280
Processed 1000 lines

Any ideas?

FYI, the import involved is for J2store prices.
I've attached the XML of the template.

Update:
I was able to get the import to complete by increasing the "limit" field on the import from 1000 to 5000.
The import file had 3369 lines in it.

I have the same issue, it loops whatever setting you have set it to. The cronjob should ignore this setting when it is set to no, but it doesn't. Adding form.use_in_cli="no" to the cronjob makes the cronjob at least finish normally.

Hello,

Thank you for the information. We have indeed added an option to add batching to the cronjobs. As Roderic mentioned you can add that option to the cronjob or you can set the option to use the system limits to No in the template itself. However this should be the default.

We will have a look at what might be causing this and get back to you.

Roderic, how many records are you importing?
Kind regards,

RolandD

Thanks Roderic for the tip on the --form.use_in_cli = "no"
I've added that to all my import jobs just to be sure.
The system limits setting in the templates is already set to "no" but it seemed to be ignoring it.

I actually think that setting the setting to yes in the template, is the thing that made it work. So yes=no and vice versa.

Roland, Im importing 11121 records.

This patch seems to have fixed the issue. With the setting to no and no additional cron parameters, the cronjobs finish succesfully. Thanks
