In addition, you don't have to set the file extension to XML. If your file has the extension XML CSVI will use that.

Thanks for the patch file, we got all the fields to match up, but, what will be record element for our XML if we replace <Product ProductNum="NU1" skucount="1" ProductType="Color and Size"> with <Product> then its shows product with correct info in preview? It is the only one we have not been successful with.

Also, how we can combine attributes?

We have combined plugin installed and enabled, but do not know how to get it to work.

You don't need to change that. The only thing that needs to be changed is the word UTF-16 to UTF-8 in the first line of your XML file.

You can see the correct node paths in the analyzer, these node paths need to be filled in the Your Field field for the fields.

So you found the Combine plugin tutorial. Show me what you have done, so I can tell you what may need to be fixed.

We have created template with name "EEL XML Import" and its template field are as attached screenshot template_fileds.png and using attached XML file xml_example_csvi5.xml we are trying to import product (for now I taken only one product so that it will not take much processing time), as I said if we replace <Product ProductNum="NU1" skucount="1" ProductType="Color and Size"> with <Product> then its shows product detail in preview like attached screenshot import_preview1.png and if will import then product get imported, but if we do not change that then preview looks like attached screenshot import_preview2.png and on click import product not get imported. Regarding combine plugin we are not getting edit template field as per screenshot in tutorial, here is our edit template field screenshot combine_field_issue.png so unable to add source fields, target fields or combine character etc. What we want is combine attributes in description field.

You are looking at the wrong page. Go to Templates -> Rules and click New. That is where you can setup the different rules.

In your other screenshot I don't see the sign that any rules have been added, so that is why nothing is happening. First create the combine rule and assign it to the template field and then you can check how it goes.
