Hi Roland,
when in the product_desc I have the character with the accent "é" or "é" doesn't work well, If I put "e'" it's all ok.
I've read other topic with the same issue of the accents but my file, in attachment, is already utf-8
Help me please.

Hello,
The file is saved from Excel I think because your SKUs are all 2.01001E+12
Your file is a UTF-8Y file, this means it has a BOM. This you can also see if you run your file through the analyzer in CSVI. What you can do is set the Auto-detect delimiters to No and set the delimiters yourself.
Other than that the file is OK but you did not post the debug log or explain what the problem is, so I can't comment further.
