Resolved problen while is installing

Hello,

I´m triying in my localhost to install CSV6- pro version before do it in the real server to prove it.

During the instalation the following menssage appears:

Fatal error: Call to undefined method FOFPlatformJoomla::getDbo() in D:\Servidores\wamp 2.5\www\edicionestantin\tmp\install_56dee69852692\fof\database\installer.php on line 65

And this are the errors when I tried to get acces to CSVIpro in Components panel

Warning: include_once(D:\Servidores\wamp 2.5\www\edicionestantin/media/akeeba_strapper/strapper.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in D:\Servidores\wamp 2.5\www\edicionestantin\administrator\components\com_csvi\dispatcher.php on line 45

Fatal error: Class 'AkeebaStrapper' not found in D:\Servidores\wamp 2.5\www\edicionestantin\administrator\components\com_csvi\dispatcher.php on line 46

Warning: include_once(): Failed opening 'D:\Servidores\wamp 2.5\www\edicionestantin/media/akeeba_strapper/strapper.php' for inclusion (include_path='.;C:\php\pear') in D:\Servidores\wamp 2.5\www\edicionestantin\administrator\components\com_csvi\dispatcher.php on line 45



I have tried manual installation and in that case another error appears -> Class 'FOF30\Container\Container' not found in \media\akeeba strapper\strapper.php on line 60

How I can fix it? My php version on localhost is 5.5.12 if you have need to know this

Hello again,

I have solved the error when I acces to CSVI and next I have done the following steps;


Go to Components -> CSVI Pro
Select Tasks from the Maintenance menu in CSVI
Click on Reset and confirm that you are sure you want to reset the tasks
Select Available Fields from the Maintenance menu in CSVI
Click on Update
Once the update has completed, CSVI has been cleaned up


And now I have other one error when I go to the Import tab:

Champ 'enabled' inconnu dans field list SQL=SELECT `tbl`.*,`enabled` AS `published`,`u`.`name` AS `editor` FROM `w47fa_csvi_templates` AS `tbl` LEFT JOIN `w47fa_users` AS `u` ON `tbl`.`locked_by` = `u`.`id` WHERE `tbl`.`action` = 'import' ORDER BY `csvi_template_id` ASC

Can you help me??

Hello,

The installation has not gone correct, there are problems with your database tables. Can you go to Maintenance and choose CSVI Pro -> Remove CSVI tables. This will remove all CSVI tables and then you can uninstall CSVI. After that do a new installation of CSVI, just to be sure all is OK and tables are created correctly.

The other errors you mentioned, it seems your Joomla 3 installation has lost its librarries/fof folder. This is a core folder that is required by CSVI.

Hello,

I have done all that you told me.
I have donwloaded the fof fields of a same version of mi joomla 3.4.8 and I Installed again the package of CSVI6,
and when I go to create a new template the following error appears.

Hello,

The error is the same so something did not go right. Go into your database and manually delete all the tables that start with w47fa_csvi_. After that uninstall CSVI and install CSVI again.

Check if that helps in your case.
