Hi,
I'm trying import two new products D20 and D21. Both should appear in "Marcas" into your manufacturer DEUTZ. But when I click in DEUTZ not appear the products.
The other hands, I created a new category in the file ("Motor Deutz";) but neither appear.

The problem most important is that the products not appear in the searcher of the virtuemart like seeing in the image that I send you.

What is the problem that I can't import the new products through CVSI.
I installed the addon plugin, and the file cvs is converted to UTF-8 with OpenOffice.

Please you could tell me that I can do now?

You need to follow the steps in the article outlined at the top under Where to get the debug information?. Once you have enable the logging, you will get more information.

I don't find the log in this version.
In the last post I sent you a image where it said "No debug log found" I dont know why the system not inform the log.
Where can I find?

Hello Gabriel,
The logging option is not enabled in the template setting and so you are not seeing it. Please follow the tutor on how to collect debug log information.

Hi,
I update the Available Files following the tutorial, and then I imported the same cvs but the problem continues. I send the new log.
I need to resolve this import issue urgently.I took a month with these problems.
Please can help me.
I don't know what do to continue with importation the products, are 2700 products to add.

I need to resolve this import issue urgently.I took a month with these problems.
Let's take a look and see which steps we need to take to resolve the issue.

So I took a look at your site and the problem is that something has gone wrong with your update and the database was not up-to-date so not all available fields were indexed. Re-installed everything and now your template should be good to use.

Can you give the import another try? You should now see the product_sku in the preview, if you don't see it, the import won't work and let me know.

Hi rolandd,
I again.
I started all again, I intalled again the template joomla, I installed again CSVI, I installed extensions, I created a new template in csvi, and I imported the cvs file again. I had the same result about heard field so, I did update available field and then I imported again the csv file. I had the same results. So I reseted the tasks and then I did update available file again and imported the cvs file again. The ending the result is the same.
I dont know what I can do.
I tried stared all process again to be sure that there aren't errors. I send the log and the cvs file.
What can be the problem now?
What can I do? I need solve the problem for following the proyect, my customer is waiting.

Hello,
CSVI will update/insert new products only based on product_sku field. Your log file shows there is no product_sku in template field though use file for configuration is set to Yes, which would use file for fields. Can you try adding product_sku field to the template fields and try importing?

The template that I'm using to import has a product_sku field created.
Also the cvs file has a field product_sku.
For that I dont understad why when I import the system not find him.

I send you a screen with details fields of the templates that I 'm using.

I need to do other thing differente to that?

Hello Gabriel,

I don't know why you redid everything after I fixed it. The issue now is that you are missing the VirtueMart fields. So you will have to follow the steps in the Missing fields in CSVI tutorial.

After that is done, go to Maintenance -> Available fields and filter the list on Import -> VirtueMart -> Product and check if you see the product_sku field in the list. If you see it, you can import.

I reseted tasks and did update available field following the tutorial Missing fields in CSVI.
I send screen the proccess and log after update available field.
Also send log of the importation after update available field. I had the same result.
What is happening that I do all you said and not have good results.
I dont understand what is the problem.

I used other template and this works I can import with problems. Sure that all problem was error in tables.
