Resolved Problem with Virtuemart Order Export

1 - I can not join first and last name in a single field

You can use field full_name which gives the combined of first, middle and last name.

2 - when the lines go out at the Excel double

You can drag the lines of excel columns to see the full values.

If you dont see the full_name field, try updating your available fields.

The understanding is based on the screenshot attached in your previous post, If you are talking about the values are overlapped with next columns, then you need to drag the columns wider so you can see the full values. I thank you for your help, I added full_name without any problem.
The problem is that the lines are double, signals each order 2 times with the difference that in the second lacks the email, we would of course only one row for each order

Please have a look at Group by and Sort by fields documentation to avoid duplicates in your order export.
