Resolved Problem importing VM products with "è" and "à"

CSVI Pro ver. 6.5.7

Hello!,
I have a problem importing VM Produts wit chars "è" and "à" in product_desc field, the string was truncated when one of this "special char" occurred....
Can you help me please?

Hello,
Seems like your file is not UTF-8 encoded. See point 4 on the Troubleshooting import errors document.
