Hi!.

We have using a import template for a long time but now some must be wrong.

The template is for import virtuemart custom fields and the process is blocked and not refress processed and last server response all are white for hours.

We tried that in demo server and real server.

I don't know what could be happen.

Can you confirm if there has been any recent updates done on your server? Can you also check your server logs if there is any error logged on the same?

Thanks for your answer.

We updated joomla 3.6 a few weeks ago in demo server, and today before to see that it doesn't works, we updated csvi and plugins to the last version.

The templates for import products, categories works fine, but the custom fields doesn't work.

In the log file doesn't appears nothing and enabling debug mode not appears any error.


I created a template to try an export custom fields of custom filters and I have this error:

Table 'xxxxxxxxxx.#__cf_filtertypes' doesn't exist SQL=SELECT `c`.`vm_custom_id`, `c`.`params` FROM `#__cf_customfields` AS `c` LEFT JOIN `#__cf_filtertypes` AS `f` ON `c`.`type_id` = `f`.`id` ORDER BY Com_CustomfiltersModelExportCustomfield
.
I don't know if this error has some relation with previous one.

Hello,

The error you post here means that Custom Fields for All is not installed but you are using the fields for that. Are you using Custom Fields for All? If yes, make sure it is also installed on your demo server.

As for the import not showing any progress, there is usually a Javascript problem. On this search page you find the first two articles that explain how to analyze such problems. Check if you can find the information explained in the document to see what is going on.

Thanks for your help.

I finally solved the problem...It was a silly thing...

The csv file was in UTF8 and I needed UTF8 without BOM....that was de problem.

However thank you for your time.
