I am having problems with csvi installation on an upgraded Joomla/Virtuemart site. I saw installation errors when trying to upgrade so I cleaned all the csvi folders from the site and removed all database tables. The Extension manager now apparently installs the component and VM plugin correctly, and I can see the folders on the site and the tables in the database. However, the component does not appear in the components menu.
I then tried using DIscover, which found the component but white screened when I tried to install and the component is still not visible in the admin system.
Additional information. I tried a second run using DIscover and had an "succesful installation" message but the component still does not appear in the admin component menu.
Any ideas?
