Resolved PROBBLEMS TO IMPORT

Hi, I try import a cvs with only one product because I test the system for importing a csv with 1700 products.
I load the image by file administrator, and in csv put a item with file_url
The importation is right, but... the product not finds the image
Before importing I load image (send screen)
but after importing the image desappeart (send screen)
What it is happen?

Besides, when to finish the importation not have a log. (send screen)

Could help me?

I dont understand that can happen.

Hello,
You need to send us your sample import file too. Also to get the debug log please check "Where to get the debug information?" section on top of this page. Send your import file and debug log and we will check on your issue.
