Hello,
You need to give us your debug log and sample import file to help you. The information you have given us is very little to think about the cause for the issue. To know how to get debug log, check the section "Where to get the debug information?" on top of this page.

Hello,
There are no attachments in your post. If your files are too big, zip and post them.

Hello,
The field email is not needed in your import file, only user_email is required. The error you get is because CSVI cannot find this user in the Joomla users table. Since there isn't a user and password field it throws an error as it can't setup the Joomla user.
So I wonder now, does this email address actually exist in the Joomla users list? (I understand the real email is different)

SELECT `id` FROM `ljw3m_users` WHERE `email` = 'info@XXXXXX.com.ar'

Hello,
As Roland already said the error can be seen only when there is no valid user email or password in Joomla users table. Can you send a private message of your Joomla users table mysql dump? I will check it here.
