Joomla! 3.4.8, VM 3.0.12, CSVIPro 6.5.2, CSVI VM Plugin 6.5.2

I have been using CSVI for years. I just recently updated my website to J!3 and VM3 as well as updated CSVI. I am having some trouble with some basic exports I used to do in the old version and could use some help.

The critical issue right now is an export I do of orders what include certain skus and order status. I have created a template of the type VM Order Item. I have assigned the fields I need and set all the parameters as I think they should be. When I go to options tab, I am able to select the order status' I want to export but when I select the order products, they will not save. I can go through and do a search and add each product I want and it will show up in the box but when I click save and then come back to the options, all of my selected items are gone. I desperately need this export as I use it regularly. Attached are a number of screen captures to show what I am getting.

I also tried a test template using operation Order with similar fields and it comes back blank. I can provide more info on it if that is the one I should be using.

I applied the patch file and I can now make selections that stay...sort of. However, the items that are being saved are not what I choose! Even then, if I delete all but one of the items I want to export orders for, I get a no data available results. This was such an easy task in previous versions and I DESPERATELY NEED TO DO THIS EXPORT. I need help bad! What am I doing wrong? Here are some screen shots:

If I delete the unwanted item and just have the top item selected and click save, then come back, this is what I have:

If I then delete the extra Agarita item and save, then come back to option, I finally have the one items selected:

If I then run this export, I get a no data available file:

I know for a fact that I have orders with for the item shown with the order status I choose. PLEASE HELP! MY BUSINESS IS HURTING BY NOT HAVING THIS EXPORT!!

I can provide login credentials for the site and for phpmyadmin if it helps any. I am desperate here! I am even willing to downgrade to a lower version if that will help. Just need some guidance!

The previous version I was using successfully on my old site was 2.3.18.1. I know it will not work with the new site.

We are making some progress but very little! I was able to add one product to the options and was able to get orders to export! However, I am still having problems with choosing one thing, saving, then opening again only to have something else there. I believe it may have to do with imports. I had an older J1.5 VM1 site. I built this new site from the ground up and re-built all new products, etc. However, I did use VM MIgrator to import old orders and customers. That is all that I imported. The products that show up in place of what I selected are items that are not even on this new site and have never been. I believe it may be pulling stuff from the orders database and would guess that item id's are duplicates between the new items and the old items that are in old orders. If this is the case, I have no idea how to fix it. Here are more screen shots of what I am seeing.

I do believe I may have figured this part out! There are product in the database table virtuemart_order_items with duplicate virtuemart_product_id. Fortunately, the old products that share the id were one off items, (only one sold with that number) so it is pretty easy to fix. I don't know SQL so I am doing it by searching that database for the id numbers and changing the ones of the old item to something else so that there is no conflict. I will report back if that indeed solves the problem!

We have done little more improvements to the product filter functionality which will now filter products by SKU rather than ID field. Please try export loading the attached patch file.
