Hi, when I export my joomla users the usergroup_name field is filled with every usergroup separated by "|".
This is exactly what i want, I get something like this:
Registered|Shopper|Prijs_Inc|Alcohol|VerzendAanHuis|MVO Kado

But, when i export my hikashop customers i only see one (the first) usergroup name in the field usergroup_name. In this case only "Registered"

The reason I need this, is that I want to be able to import/create my hikashop/joomla users at once and want to place a user in all the usergroups I need. So, if the separator "|" would work for the hikashop customer as well (as it does for the joomla user) this would be great.

Hello,

The export did indeed not take into account a user who might have been assigned to multiple groups. The attached patch file fixes this. After you load the patch file the HikaShop customer export should give you all the groups separated by the |-symbol.

Please note that the HS customer import does not yet support the multiple groups. This is something I will work on. If you must get users into multiple groups, you can use the Joomla users import.

hi, good for mentioning that, because that's what I actually needed. But meanwhile I can handle this through 2 imports (one for de joomla user and one for the hikashop customer).

Hello Suzanne,

Yes, you will need 2 imports but you can use 1 file. Simply add all the fields you need to one file, for each import template add all the fields you have in your file and set the ones that are not needed to skip. CSVI will then ignore the irrelevant fields but allows you to use a single file.

Finally, in your templates the option "Use file for configuration" should be set to No :)
Kind regards,
