Resolved manufacturer_id not imported

hello,

in my file there is the manufacturer_id like a number 1 or 2.

I have no import with this and i dont see the field in the sql-statement in the log

Hello Brigitte,

I do not encourage the use of IDs unless you know what you are doing :) The manufacturer_name would be the field to use but if you must use the ID, you need to use the field virtuemart_manufacturer_id. That will import the IDs of the manufacturers.

I have the same problem i create manufacturer to virtuemart and i update my erp with manufacturer virtuemart id, when create a csv file with my products i use manufacturer_id but not update site (in my template virtuemart_manufacturer_id is not exist) I want update virtuemart product with the correct manufacturer using manufacturer id. In my file the manufacturer virtuemart id is exist in virtuemart db.

Please follow the instruction in this thread. Apply the patch and see if manufacturer_id gets updated.
