Resolved Joomla3.4.3 and CSVI Pro 6.1.0 help needed

When i am trying to update available fields for products in CSVIPro,it shows an internal server error.
I thought this error was associated with server and opened a support ticket to Server.

The Server support Team replied as follows:

I would like to update you on the progress of this ticket. We are still looking into the 500 Internal Server Error caused when trying to update those fields. I would like to note the error encountered in the server logs when performing the operation you have specified:

We have checked the owner/group/directory/file permissions and they are setup correctly. At this point we would need the developer of the CSVI to provide us with insight on how to investigate this matter further, please update us in this ticket and we will look into it.

Hello,

Are you running at least PHP 5.4 on the server? The message Premature end of script headers just means that the server killed CSVI, so no answer is received. As to why the server killed CSVI, that is the main question.

First check the PHP version if it is up-to-date.
