Hello,

Multiple images can be uploaded but I think your image may be too large. Since there is no response whatsoever I am going to say you have JavaScript error. Have a look at one of these two support documents, whichever you prefer to use, to see what is going on with the JavaScript. That should tell us why the import doesn't start.
