Hi,
I am using J3.4.3 CSVI Pro 6.1.0 File.
I used same number of fields and same orders in export and import template.
I just exported successfully and trying to modify and import the same file.
I am on WINDOWS 8 office 2007.I opened the csv into xls sheet and edited it.
Finally i saved it into .csv(MS-DOS) and .xls(Excel 97-2003 Workbook) and trying to import.
I am getting following error while uploading "No supported fields have been found in the import file"
I am attaching the file i made after getting it from export.

Hello,

If you have set "Use column headers for configuration" to Yes in your template it won't work. That is because your column headers are not using the CSVI fieldnames.

There are 2 things you can do. First change the column headers in your file or set the Use column headers for configuration to No in your template and add the fields to your template in the same order as they are in your import file.
Kind regards,

RolandD

Hello Hasan,

I see another issue in your screenshot, that is the Warning. Please update CSVI first to version 6.4.2 as this contains more fixes. If you still get the message after that, post also screenshots of how you have setup your template.

I have no issues seeing your fields in the preview.
Kind regards,

RolandD

Hello Hasan,

You actually don't have to fill the Column Header, CSVI will take the field name as column header. The Default Values don't make much sense to me. These should be values that are used when nothing is found in the database.

I meant the import template settings, the one you edit when you go to Templates -> Templates.
Kind regards,

RolandD

Yes remove the column header and default value from the template and set Use column headers for configuration option to No in your template settings.
