Resolved Importing sample templates doesn't work.

Trying to import sample template's break's.

Com_CsviMaintenance::storeTemplateFields();

Switching to PHP 7.2 fixed the issue.

Hello,

This breaks because your PHP version is too low. RO CSVI requires PHP 7.1 or higher. Since PHP 7.0 is already unsupported by the PHP team, could you update to PHP 7.1?

If not, what you can do is open the file plugins\csviaddon\csvi\com_csvi\model\maintenance.php and go to line 2766 and remove : void at the end of the line. That should fix this specific error.
