Joomla 3.4.3 - Virtuemart - 3.0.9 - CSVI Pro 6.0rc1 - PHP 5.5.25

Hi,
I came across a problem when importing the product - thumbnail image product.
Previously exported product images url path.
I wish using CSV Improved create thumbnails (I do not want to use the VM to create thumbnails).
Alternatively, the program is able to import the url path of thumbnails?
Then I will prepare thumbnails and throw them into the correct folder.
Url paths for large images were downloaded correctly

Hello,

The debug log is empty and you are using an unstable version of CSVI. First would be to update to version 6.1.2. You can leave the file_url_thumb field out if you are creating the thumbnails. CSVI will create the file in the correct location.

With the new CSVI version you should get a debug log and we can check further if needed.
Kind regards,

RolandD

Hello, how to update the component.
Uninstall CSVI Pro 6.0rc1 or install 6.1.2 on the old version.

The new version 6.1.2. has been installed, but the thumbnails are still not save the image path.
I put pictures into folders:
Large image: /images/stories/virtuemart/product/zaslepka_produkt.jpg
Small image: /images/stories/virtuemart/product/resized/zaslepka_produkt.jpg

When importing products properly recorded path of the large photographs, but the path thumbnails in general do not save.
If want I can give access to the administration and ftp.

Please help.

Hello,

You can remove the file_url_thumb field from your import file and change the file_url field to zaslepka_produkt.jpg. That should make it work for you.
Kind regards,

RolandD

Hi,
Unfortunately still does not save a path for thumbnails.
I remove the file_url_thumb field from import file and change the file URL field is plug produkt.jpg
In annex change import file.
Everything is nicely gets no errors, the problem is only with thumbnail images.

Hello,

There is an issue with your import file. Use the text enclosures on your product_s_desc because now the data is overlapping to other fields. Once that is done, give the import another try.
Kind regards,

Hello,

The log shows the same as before, that the large image is processed but nothing is done with the thumbnail. Something else I realized and checked now, you have no path entered for where the images should live. In the debug log Location product files: is empty. In your template enter the path images/stories/virtuemart/product/ for the product files location and check if your thumbnails are processed then.
Kind regards,

RolandD

Hello,

There is progress because I see that the image is being processed but the thumbnail isn't. The reason for that I am guessing is because the image to resize is too large. Usually the server runs out of memory but you can give it a try. Click on the Advanced button and go to the Image tab, you will see a lot more options now. Under thumbnails there is a Maximum width and height set for resizing. Increase those numbers by 2 or 3 times larger. See if that works for you.

By the way, in your import file you only need the image name in the file_url field, the path is taken from the template. Just makes it easier to read.
Kind regards,

RolandD

I found the cause, the same solution that was in the previous version of the CSV.
In the new version did not see the Advanced button, you mentioned.

I found the cause, the problem turned out to be a parameter

  • Maximum width resize

  • Maximum height resize

Large pictures of product i have a size: 1024 x 768
It was necessary to increase settings: 1025 x 769 and miniatures have been saved by CSV Improved.
