Hello, Roland,
I'm using CSVI since several years and now I keep with CSVI Pro 6.5.7 in my new webshop on Joomla 3.5.1 and Virtuemart 3.0.16.
I'm trying now to import users from my ancient web with Virtuemart 2.6.18, I exported with CSVI 5.15 the Users Info Export, all fields, and made a new template with CSVI Pro 6.5.7 to import them.
The import process was successful, log said the number of records but I can not see the import users at Virtuemart, they don't appear.
I have the information but I can see it, what can I do?

I exported with CSVI 5.15 the Users Info Export, all fields,

This gives me a doubt that if you have included fields ending with _id. If so, the import wouldn't have created new rows in your new site as the id fields will tell CSVI to update the rows. To confirm on that, can you post the exported file and your import debug log for us to check?

I attach the log and a file with the fields I used.
There aren't new customers, it were just the number of mistakes, I hadn't seen the log. I have seen now not supported fields and one mistake for all, COM_CSVI_NO_USERGROUP_NAME_FOUND.

Hello Maria,
There aren't new customers, it were just the number of mistakes, I hadn't seen the log. I have seen now not supported fields and one mistake for all, COM_CSVI_NO_USERGROUP_NAME_FOUND.

First thing i see in your import file is the field virtuemart_user_id, your new site has a user with virtuemart_user_id as 47? Since this field is set, CSVI will only do update of user. I would recommend you to remove this field from your import file, use email field instead. CSVI will create or update user with email field.

COM_CSVI_NO_USERGROUP_NAME_FOUND means there is no user group set for the user. Your import file has empty usergroup_name field. This is a required field for doing VirtueMart user import.

For not supported fields, try Updating your available fields so you will get all the missing fields.
