If your Joomla 2.5 and Joomla 3 are two different sites then you can follow the instruction given in this post. If you are looking for upgrading your current site, there is a procedure to be followed to upgrade from CSVI 5 version to CSVI 6 which is explained in the Installation or updating of CSVI 6 Pro document.
