Resolved Import products duplicate entry

Hello,

i am happy for finishing my work makeing a template with my fields.

no i wanted to import and looked at the preview, everything looks good, but i have an error:

Where can i say to override the products like in the free version?

i found some proucts in the database without the language-code and deletet then. now i have another error

You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near ') AND `product_currency` IS NULL) AND `product_price_publish_up` = '0000-00-00 0' at line 3 SQL=SELECT `virtuemart_product_price_id` FROM `qtq7l_virtuemart_product_prices` WHERE `virtuemart_product_id` = 9 AND `price_quantity_start` = 0 AND `price_quantity_end` = 0 AND `virtuemart_shoppergroup_id` IS NULL) AND `product_currency` IS NULL) AND `product_price_publish_up` = '0000-00-00 00:00:00' AND `product_price_publish_down` = '0000-00-00 00:00:00'

and now all the existing articels ar still in the database, but i dont see at frontend and backend

He importet the first line in the database without the countrycodes. i said skip the first line.

Please help me

Hello Brigitte,

Where can i say to override the products like in the free version?
Existing products are automatically updated.

Hello,

i installed the fix and now i have the error

Duplicate entry 'duftkalender-dancin-cocktail' for key 'slug' SQL=INSERT INTO `qtq7l_virtuemart_products_de_de` (`virtuemart_product_id`,`slug`) VALUES (12, 'duftkalender-dancin-cocktail')

And i dont see any of my prodcts in backend and frontend. But there are in the database.

i see that he write 1 article into the databas products without the language code.

i did not installed anything i only importet my products, We also can make the shop not multilanguage. Is this better, but i dont know how to set this, because if i set the plugin language disable and make a new import, i also don't see anything.

Please help me.

Hello Brigitte,

You don't need to make the shop multi-lingual, the fact that the products are stored in the de_de table means, you are storing products in German. This means you must also access the site in German otherwise VirtueMart won't show the products.

As for the duplicate slugs, this can happen when you have duplicate product names. You can load this patch and that should deal with the slugs.
