Hello!, i have a problem with CSV Improved.

It is my first time and I have imported a file with 2255 lines.

When i have imported the file, the system has imported 1000 lines. I didnt now why, but i found the solution updating the import template and setting "lines per import" in 9999.

But now, when i try to import, the system does not work. I attach an screenshot whith the problem.

Hello!, i have a problem with CSV Improved.

Can you tell us what happened after importing 1000 lines? you got any error? Can you send us the debug log of the import along with your import file to check? To know how to get debug log, check the section "Where to get the debug information?" on top of this page.

Lines per import is the number of lines CSVI will read and import in 30 secs, by default it is 1000. The value 9999 should be very high for your server to process in 30 seconds. Have a look at Managed timeout document which explains the use of these fields.

Hello, i have not got any error, but, when i have imported 1000 lines, it has not finish because it was stopped for a long time and i was cancelled it. I attach the debug log and my file in this message
I have tried to set "Lines per import" in 500 and in 1000, but i have the same problem.

What if you set the "Lines per import" to 50 or 100? Can you try and then gradually increase this number and see if import goes good?

Hello,
Can you check your server error logs for any errors about import? or you can turn on error reporting in your site and see if you can see any error coming up during import.

There dont seem to be any error related to import here. Can you try the other way of turning on error reporting and see if it throws any error during import?

Can you try setting "Lines per import" to 1 and see if it process? If not, can you use firebug console to capture the error and send the screenshot?
