Resolved Import of downloadable files - iStraxx download

Hi Rolandd!

Joomla 3.48
VirtueMart 3.0.12
CSVI 5.21.2

I wanna use CSVI to add Virtuemart products and Virtuemart downloadable media files (iStraxx download plugin) from a Joomla 3 Website to another Joomla 3 Website that has products already. My client wants to blend the products of the 2 Websites into 1. I exported the products and media files from the Website that he wants to let go, the files are attached below. When I do the imports in the other Website, the products and the media files show up but in the product, the media in iStraxx download plugin is not properly connected to it. It shows a different files Am I missing something? In the custom_param of the product export file, I see that there is a media_id but I don't see it anywhere in the media export possible fields.

Hello Pierre,

The download plugin by iStraxx is not specifically supported by CSVI.

It shows a different files Am I missing something?
Perhaps, it all depends if this plugin uses it's own tables for storing data. If that is the case, CSVI doesn't know and won't handle it.

In the custom_param of the product export file, I see that there is a media_id but I don't see it anywhere in the media export possible fields.
It is very likely then that the plugin uses it's own tables. That would be the first thing to check.
