Hi,
I have problem with editing the import the template. An error "Layout admin:com_csvi/templates/default not found." keeps poping up and doesn't allowed me to do the edit. I checked the forum and an instruction saying to the order for installation of CSVI Pro for Virtuemart is to install the CSVI Pro first and then the add-on VirtueMart package. I did exactly that. I even did the Task Reset from Maintenance options as another instructions said but has not been successful.

				Hello Derek,
There is a file missing for CSVI, Can you try uninstalling CSVI first and install CSVI and then install virtuemart addon? You need to run Update Available fields after that.

				I have done that actually. I reinstalled CSVI Pro then reinstall the VirtueMart addon package and then did an update to available fields but still no good. Derek

				Hello Derek,
The file com_csvi/templates/default is not even included in CSVI, so I suspect something else is going on. What I suspect is that the installation of FOF is corrupt. In the past I have seen that the folder libraries\fof\ has been overwritten by an older version of FOF. Can you remove this folder and replace it with a fresh copy from a Joomla installation package? Check if after that the issue still exists.

				Thanks rolandd. I use Joomla version 3.4.8. Would it help if I download again and then reinstall the whole joomla package? Would it automatically fix the FOF folder? Sorry I am new to Joomla.

				Hello Derek,
If you install Joomla 3.4.8 on your existing installation I think it should update the folder as well. Otherwise all that is needed is to extract the zip package locally and copy the libraries/fof folder to the same location on your server.

I have tried all that but still no good. This is what I have done.

2.) Download and reinstall a fresh copy of VirtueMart 3.
3.) Install com_csvi6.4.3_pro.zip file
4.) install plg_csviaddon_virtuemart_csvi_6.4.3.zip
5.) Did an Available fields update

				Hello Dirk,
Did you do a clean installation or an update from CSVI 5? If you uninstall CSVI and then install CSVI again and after that install the addon you need. Do you still get the same error?
If so, please private message a Joomla and FTP login and I will have a look.
