Hi Roland,
with the release of beta6r1 CSVI I have problem importing custom_param for customfield plugin vm2tags, as discussed in this thread.
The customfield is properly connected to the product, but the field custom_param is not updated.
I know that CSVI does not support VM2tags, but it could be a issue of CSVI?
My system: CSVi 6.0pro rc1; joomla 3.4.1; virtuemart 3.0.9
Regard,
Francesco.

Hello Francesco,
If the original file I posted worked fine and not now, I wonder what has changed. One thing that is different is that the custom_param field looks different. In the sample file I sent it looks like this:
I don't see any reason why it wouldn't work. Do you also have a problem with the file I posted before? If so, perhaps you can send me the plugin so I can test with it.

"{""product_tags"":""condo sized, upholstery""}"
in your file it now looks like this "product_tags=""biologico,biodinamico""|"
Is that on purpose? The custom field code hasn't changed between beta 6 and RC1.I don't see any reason why it wouldn't work. Do you also have a problem with the file I posted before? If so, perhaps you can send me the plugin so I can test with it.
Kind regards,

Hi Roland,
it is possible that the field custom_param is formatted differently than before, but i don't know because I installed the component only a few days ago, so I haven't tried to import tag with precedent release of csvi.
For sure the format is correct, because it is taken from a field that I modified by the administration of the product of virtuemart.
From the log file it looks like the field vm2tags be ignored and custom_param not updated. Maybe it's a problem of type of field? (for vm2tags field_type = 'E')
If you need I can send the component to make your tests.
Francesco.

Hello Francesco,
I have found the issue causing the custom parameter not being stored. Attached is the patch file you can load and the import will be fine.
