Hello,
Can you post the debug log of the import? You can check the section "Where to get the debug information?" on top of this page to know how to get the debug log.
Kind regards,

Tharuna

After 120MB di log i copy part of the log:
That is why we say you should test with only a few products.

So I checked that image and it's identity string is FFD8FFE0, which is a known string in CSVI but it seems it cannot be read because the debug log says:
[DEBUG] Identity string:
[DEBUG] Mime type found:

So CSVI doesn't know what type of file it is processing.

Can you post a CSV file with the product that calls this image? I can see what happens if I import it here.
Kind regards,

RolandD

First of all i'm not use CSV for import but direct XLS. CSV i had many problems with all these lines. (About 6 xls for about 30000 products)
XLS in my local server work perfect and local server i mean a real server with Centos and virtualmin.

Hello,

XLS in my local server work perfect and local server i mean a real server with Centos and virtualmin.
So you know it has something to do with your live server.

So I ran the import without a problem here. One thing that came to mind, check if the necessary folder has write permission, that is tmp/com_csvi. That is the only thing I can think of at this moment.

As you said yourself, it works fine locally, so need to see what is different on the live server.
Kind regards,

RolandD
