If that is the only message you received, it is nearly impossible to tell what has gone wrong. My first guess is how you setup the settings for loading the ICEcat indexes.

You did enter a username and password for the connection to ICEcat in the Settings?

As for loading the ICEcat indexes, try loading them with setting the option Load type to Single. This will take a much longer time but it will also be using a method that is usually allowed on any hosting environment. The full method is not always supported.

It working good but only for supplier Index.
If I try to load Files Idex error message appears:
"An error occured processing the records. The error occured is shown below if available. Additionally check your server log for any errors or warnings"

Any suggestion?

Can you try downloading files manually and place it in the folder specified in the ICECat indexes path and CSVI will load the index file from there? The file can be in the format of .zip, .gz or unpacked.

I try to do it, but somethings seems doesn't work.
It is possible to have clear tutorial step by step starting form configuration and then data import beetween ICECAAT and virtuemart?

Take into account that the ICEcat data file is a huge file, nearly 125MB. So you will need time to import that if you cannot use the full import method.
