Hello , i just bought RO CSVI. I need to use it for export my Virtuemart orders to excel . I used the template Order Export on your demo site and all fine, i added fields like product sku, product name , product price...etc... but when i installed it on my system, i can't add these fields to the template, i try to add it manually but i can't find them... i have less fields to chose than your site .
I attach admin acces to the site. If you need more info ask me please.
Please i need help with this!

Go to RO CSVI and then Available Fields, there click on the Update button. After that check if you see the fields you are looking for.

i got this error when i update the list, furthermore , the problem is when i try to add product sku or product price or product name to Order export template, please can you check it? you have the conection details attached in first post.

The list of available fields is out-of-date for extension com_categories. Update the list to ensure you have all fields available.

Duplicate entry 'IVA-order-com_virtuemart-export' for key 'component_name_table'
This error shows you have a duplicate custom field in your VirtueMart. Go to VirtueMart Custom fields page and check if you have duplicate of IVA field and remove it. You can then run the update of available fields.
If you still have an issue post a screenshot of Custom fields in VirtueMart.
