Resolved How to run the order export?

Ahhhh, i understood how to manage with CSVI and it works great !
One question : i need in my export to have this two fields : the order date and the shipping adress. I don't see them in the fields list, is there a way to find them and use them ?

I moved this question to a new topic since it is a different question. Which export type have you chosen? The order date and shipping address are available in the order export. The order date is the created_on field and the shipping address is the regular address fields but on the Options tab you can set the order address type. Read the tooltip for details.

I use the Export/Virtuemart/Order export
It's ok for the created_on filed.
I look at the option tab for the billing/shipping adress. But how to export the both adress ? I don't wand only billing adress or shipping adress, I want to export the both in the same .csv

That is impossible because VirtueMart doesn't store any shipping address when it is the same as the billing address. So there is only one set of address fields.

I mean, it must be possible because in your Snelstar template, there is the two fields, for delivery and billing, but unfortunately, it exports only in .xml.

You can export them on 2 separate lines but not on a single line. You will need to add the address_type field to your export to do that.

No it's not unless you code it. The order export only exports one or the other per line or both if you add the address_type field.

You said both but I don't see in the OrderExport template the fields about the shipping adress.
Sorry, but it's very important to have this shipping adresse and I'm getting mad to not see it in the fields of this template while you seem to says that it's possible.

In your order export you need to add the basic address fields and the address_type field. There are no shipping specific fields for the address details. Only if your customer uses a shipping address different from a billing address you will get both addresses. If billing and shipping address is the same, you will only get a billing address because no shipping address is stored.
