Resolved How can i create conditional operator inside csv

I need to determine value in outer csv file in case of parsed from html value contains special substring.
For examle, if <CD_GRAN_12!> contains "caps" substring, some value in the out-csv file should be "3".
Is there any way to do that?

The only way to do that is to write the code yourself and use an override.
