Resolved Hikashop export product characteristics

CSVI version - 6.5.7

I am not seeing product characteristics as an option for export in CSVI. I've updated my available fields and it did not come up.

Hello,
Yes you are not seeing these fields because we dont have these characteristic fields for product operation. In our next CSVI 6.6.0 release we have added support for import and export of characteristic as a separate operation but still you wont see it with product import/export.

This is something I would recommend being able to add to Order exports. If someone is trying to see all the sales over the last month and confirm the orders, then its important for them to be able to view the order characteristics. Using the t-shirt example in ecommerce:

Export shows sales of 500 t-shirts in the last month. Each t-shirt has 2 options, color and size. But the report wouldn't show those characteristics so the user wouldn't know what items sold more than others, etc...
