Resolved Hika shop customer export (no data)

I've been using csv improved for years, and mainly to import/export joomla users and virtuemart customers / orders / products.

Now, I've switched to Hikashop.
I've just downloaded the latest csvi pro and tried to configure my export templates.

Now, joomla users is no problem and exports my excisting users.
The hika shop customers won't export data, only an empty csv file with al the column name and
"No data has been found for the selections made"

But, there's no "selections made", it should export all my excisting customers. The webshop is still in test-fase and I have about 5 test customers.
I can't figure out why Joomla user export is working and Hikashop customer export not.
Is there a tutorial?

Hello,
Checking into the issue the problem seems to be with template and in options tab, the filters Enabled is set to Yes and Activation is set to Yes, this was pulling all users with blocked status.

If you think you don’t want to use those filters, Please try setting them to “Don’t use” and export again.
