Hi I am not very good ar techie things. I have tried to set up a csv fule for import and export but i cant work it out .
Can you help me set a template for both that i can use to import and export products ??? Thanks

Please have a look at Import virtuemart product documentation which explains on how to create template, template fields and about importing. You can also have a look at the export virtuemart products documentation which explains about export process. Hope it helps.
Once you are done with setting up import/export templates and fields and still have problem in importing or exporting, send us your debug log along with details mentioned in the section "Looking for a useful answer?" on top of the page.
