Resolved Header that causes an error

Hello,

I try to import and I get the error,
The file http://xml.burn-out.gr/getproducts?key=kostakis@art_web.xml cannot be read
The error started since the header
content-disposition: attachment; filename="products.xml"
was added to the above .xml
Any Idea?

The url you have sent says that it has been moved permanently to a new location. The new location is http://xml.data-media.gr/getproducts?key=kostakis@art_web.xml. You need to use this new location in your import so it works. Try it and let me know how it goes.

Also, I would like to know if it's possible to send privet messages.

Yes you can send private messages using "New private messages" link on top of this page. If it specific to a person, you can click on message icon under the name and send a message.
