Hi,
I've installed all from scratch (Joomla - template - extensions).
Now I try to restore CSVI templates and I get the next error.

Update your CSVI to latest 6.6.2 version, this error has been fixed in this version.

I've updated to 6.6.2 and then I see an error ( folder permissions error).
I've clicked the related button to fix the error and I've got another error.

Hello Kostas,
Can you try to fix your folder permission issue by accessing your server folders using FTP or using control panel given by your hosting provider? I will have a look at the other issue you have reported.

I've created the folder export (with 777 permissions), in the folder /public_html/tmp/com_csvi/
Is that OK?

Hello Kostas,
I've created the folder export (with 777 permissions), in the folder /public_html/tmp/com_csvi/
Is that OK?

Folder permission should be set to 755 and not 777. Setting to 777 permission is not recommended.
