Hi, I need to unistall csvi because not works well and I want intall new version.
I want to export a template that I created for importing products.
How I do import my template? and them how I import it again in the new version csvi?

You can backup and restore your templates in CSVI.
To backup your template go to CSVI maintenance menu, select CSVI Pro in the first option, Backup templates in the second option. Select the templates you need and click on continue. Your templates will be downloaded in the form of an XML file.
Now to restore the template, again go to CSVI maintenance menu, select CSVI Pro in the first option, restore templates in the second option. Select the XML file you just downloaded and click continue. Your template should be restored and available.
