Resolved Export problem

Hi, i'm an italian user of CSV Improved.
I installed the plug in and i import all my products but i can't export anything (categories, products, ...)

I have joomla 3.4.4 and CSV 6.1.2.

CSV log 66 is about products and Csv log 78 is about categories

Hello,

Go to Templates -> Templates and edit your export template and save it again. Does the export work after that? Have you set the export to Download? Does anything show up in the tmp/com_csvi/export folder? You can check those things as the export seems to run fine.

Hi,
I tried to save again the template but the export process 0 lines. The export is set to download the file.

My export folder have 2 files (one of 25 settember and one of 21) and the com_csvi folder is like the screenshot.

In some folders there are other files like the other screenshot.

If i reinstall the component it could resolve my problems?

Hello,

Reinstallation won't fix the problem since you don't know what the problem is. The debug log you posted looks good to me but on export CSVI tells you that 0 records have been processed?

Go to System -> Global configuration -> Server -> Database. Check if the database type is set to mysqli, if not change this to mysqli.

Hi, i resolved my problem as you suggested.

But now i have another problem when i import my products...
For the price i need to import also shopper group and currency? becouse CSVI give me a SQL error like the image.
