Hi,
i am getting this when export the vm products ...

The last server response has not been received in a timely fashion. The server may still be busy or stopped the process. You can wait a little longer to see if the server will sent a response or cancel the process.

i am not able to export the large vm data.

Please help me.

Hello,

There can be several issues, first one could be JavaScript error. If small exports work than that is not the problem. So you can try by exporting only a few records.

Other issue is that the server kills the export, this you can tell by getting an export file that varies in length.

You can also have a look at the Troubleshooting export errors guide.

i am not able to export the large vm data.
If you have large datasets, make sure your server can handle them.

hi,

Thanks for your reply. I have exported the vm product fields in different parts by creating templates. Now data is exporting. But i am getting duplicate records in csv file. please help me about this.

Hello,

In your template go to the Fields tab and look at the Group Fields. You can select here which field you want to group on, that way you can control the duplicates. Choose here a field you want to be unique in your export file.
