Resolved Export & import Children

Hello to everyone,

i have created 3 Ramifications(Color, Size, Fabric). As a demo i have created a product and 14 children for it with a combination of Ramifications.

Is there a way to export parent and all children of it with all Ramifications respectively? Till now i am getting only 1 row at the exported csv with parent only and all 3 ramifications-columns zero.

Additionally, i would like to create the rest of the children for all combinations(color, size, fabric) and import them through CSVI.

Till now getting 500 - internal server error. But probably the exported csv might be wrong formated.

Attaching the exported file for your reference. There is no child in it.

Hello,

Till now getting 500 - internal server error.
Did you check the documentation? We have a document dedicated to this 500 Internal Server Error.

Find out the real error from the server error log and we can look further.

I figured it out. I have now an exported file with all children in it.

When try to import that again with some extra children added by me, i get all children imported, but the extra children of mine have no indication that are children of the specific parent. Even i have completed the product_parent_sku number of the parent. After import parent_sku seams to be empty.

Is there a way to import products and define also their relation with the parent, except product_parent_sku, which seams not to work?
