Hello
I am trying to export CSV for Google Base and it is not working. I followed the steps mentioned here
https://www.csvimproved.com/support/export/204-virtuemart/831-creating-a-google-base-export-file

I have added all the template fields and still it is not working. Can you please have a look at my site and let me know where I am doing wrong.

Thanks

Hello,
Have a look at 500 Internal server error document and see if it helps to solve your issue. If not, the actual error will be in your server logs so you need to ask your hosting people to provide these logs to check.
Kind regards,

Tharuna

Hello Tharuna
I have checked the troubleshooting topics for 500 Error and everything seems okay with my setup because import works fine without any problem.
Can you please have a look at my site?

Thanks

Hello,

What does your hosting provider say, which error is in the server error log? Which PHP version are you running?
Kind regards,

Hello,

Yes we know an error is triggered by the script but we want to know which error, so we know where to look for the fix.
Kind regards,

RolandD

Hello,

I am afraid there is nothing we can do as we don't have access to your server logs nor are we your system administrator.

As long as the hosting provider can give us the error we will know where to look or tell you how to fix the system. Most often it is the file permissions that prevent CSVI to run.
Kind regards,

RolandD

Hello
It works fine for Product import, so we can remove the possibilities of file permission issue.
Is there any way I can check on where the error is from?
Thank You

Hello,

The folder for import and export are different, so there are possibilities that export folder is not having proper permissions.

Is there any way I can check on where the error is from?

Your hosting provider can tell the error from server error logs. Can you ask them to check in error logs? or you can get your server logs so we can check.
Kind regards,

Tharuna
