HI CSV Improved,

I have read the Getting started page and also this page https://csvimproved.com/support/export/1114-product-export-with-custom-fields

But I get an error when I do a export from all product fileds from Hikashop included the product custom fields, see attachment.

Sorry if I do something stupid. But I don't know how to fix this.

Hope you can help me.

Sorry to say but you need to post your message in English, i would be happy to help if the message is in an language i can understand. From screenshot and the link you posted, i understood that you are trying to do an product export with custom fields and you have an SQL error, the field name batch seems odd to me as that is not in any VirtueMart tables as much as i know. It would be good if you can post screenshot of your template and template fields to help you more here.

Thank you for posting in English.

There are few template fields i see in your screenshot which are not HikaShop core fields. For example batch, product_batch_number, product_coa, product_common_name and few more. Since these are not core fields CSVI don't know where to get these values from. You need to remove these fields from the export template fields so your export works. And just to know how you get these fields, can you send me your HikaShop tables mysql dump file to check?

This fields are custom fields we need into the export and also in the import.

Hello,
Thank you for your information. For exporting and importing custom fields you need to use HikaShop custom fields import and export operation as custom fields are not supported by HikaShop product operations yet.

Oké I will take a look at that.

But when I deleted all the custom fields from the template I still get an error when I do a export.

Do you know why?

I see that custom field batch is still in your template fields and so you are seeing the error. Please remove this field and your export should work.

Yes! You where right. ;-)

But the strange thing is that I don't have a custom field "batch". You can see that in my previous print screen.
I had one before but I deleted it. So maybe it isn't deleted from the database. That could be a bug in Hikashop!

Anyway the export is successful now. ;-)
