Good day!
I need to export all items from our k2 categories(from all categories, to be more specific).
As far as i didn't find step by step instructions, i've decided to try it on a whim.
I've chosen "run script" menu (as i have russian menu, i'll write translation from russian) - the highest button in the left menu.
There i've chosen in Options "Export", in the next dropdownlist "K2" and next drop down "Item export".
Saved this setting as custom template. Called it "export_items_k2", and then went to export options menu at the bottom of the screen.
There i've added all fields via "Quick add", saved this simple list and published for my template.
And then pushed the "run script" button, my file was suggested to download.
So here's my question:
-why almost whole file is a list of errors?
-is there something i missed?
-how can i export all the items of all categories?
-is there any step by step tutorial for my needs?

-why almost whole file is a list of errors?They are not errors but notices. This happens because you have set error reporting to the maximum. You can go to System -> Global Configuration -> Server -> Error reporting and set it either to Default or None. The notices will be gone. All these notices are also fixed in CSVI 6.
-how can i export all the items of all categories?By default all K2 items will be exported. You may need to set Record Grouping to No.
-is there something i missed?It is not recommended to add all fields blindly. Add the fields you need, if you don't know which one you need, start with a few basic ones and add more as needed.
-is there any step by step tutorial for my needs?There is the Import K2 items tutorial. There is a specific tutorial for the templates called Managing templates. The way you have done your export is correct though.
