Hello!
I just installed CSVI Pro 5.21.2 on a Joomla 3.4.4 site.

Loading a patch file (and specifically the one you provided in http://www.csvimproved.com/en/forum?view=topic&catid=24&id=32339&start=6#43939) I get the error message "Warning: File ... not uploaded for security reasons!" (JLIB_FILESYSTEM_ERROR_WARNFS_ERR03).

I found this possibly related issue: https://github.com/joomla/joomla-cms/pull/6180, but apparently this has been fixed in 3.4.1.

Am I doing something wrong? Do you have a fix or a workaround?

Thank you very much.

Hello,

This is a new feature introduced in Joomla 3.4.4, it won't allow the upload of PHP files. Indeed this has been fixed in CSVI 3.4.1 but you have installed an older version. I would suggest you move to CSVI 6 as CSVI 5 is no longer supported after the end of this year.

If you want to keep using CSVI 5, you can apply the patch manually via FTP. The patch file contains the folder structure of where the file(s) are located.
Kind regards,

RolandD

It makes sense.
I'm using 5.21.2 because I also use it on a J2.5 site and I'd like to use the same version.
I'll go with FTP upload. Thank you very much.
